When your lover hurts you (physically, sexually, psychologically, economically or socially), that is not healthy loving but dysfunctional relationship behaviour.


Do not tolerate such disrespect.

A loving partner listens, cares, helps, values you for who you are.


A healing journey is possible with a loving partner, and if you crossed the path of a hurtful parent or lover, know that it is possible to heal from that in psychotherapy such that your worth and happiness will no longer be compromised from hurtful people of whom you will have the inner strength to stay away from.
